Abstract submission

General information about submissions

IMPORTANT: You must create an account via [New User] or be [Logged-in] to submit an abstract. Once submitted, your abstract will be considered for a poster or oral presentation (as requested), but will not appear in the final program of the meeting unless you do a full [Registration].

Abstracts should be submitted before March 15, 2012 to be considered for contributed talks. The SOC will evaluate the abstracts and communicate to the authors whether they have an oral or poster contribution before April 20. Abstracts submitted after March 15 will be automatically designated as poster contributions. Total word count is limited to 3000 characters including spaces. Please take this into consideration when submitting your abstract. No exceptions will be made to the number of characters limit. Please send your abstract in plain text using LaTeX encoding.

Each attendee can only submit a maximum of one (1) abstract as first author.

Abstracts for Splinter Sessions must be submitted directly to the Splinter Session organizers. See [Splinters].
