Barcelona is served by Barcelona International Airport in the town of El Prat de Llobregat, about 3 km from Barcelona. The airport is connected to the city by aerobus and taxis.
Aerobus
Aerobus is the bus service that connects the
Airport with the centre of
Barcelona leaving every 5 minutes, every day of the year.
In approximately 35 minutes you can go from, or return to, Airport Terminals (T1 or T2) comfortably and economically, without having to change stations or stops. The route covers strategic stops in the city. The Plaza Espanya stop leaves you within walking distance from most of the hotels listed in the Accomodation section.
Fares
You can buy your ticket from the staff at the bus stops and at the automatic sales machines (payment in cash or by credit card) or by paying the bus driver (cash only payments).
Single ticket: 5,30 €
Valid for one person and her/his luggage. All children under 4 years free ticket.
You can not book tickets in advance.
Round trip ticket: 9.15 €
Valid for one person and her/his luggage. Valid Return up to 9 days after purchasing. You must keep the ticket in order to exchange it for the return ticket trip.

Taxi
A taxi from the airport to the city centre will cost about 25/28 Euros.
All cabs are metered with additional charges from the airport and for baggage, which you can find detailed on the right rear passenger window. You will find taxi stops outside each terminal, but if you would like to assure your payment by credit car, please, phone:
