Registration details

Registration fee:
- Early registration: 450€. Early registration period ends on May 13, 2012.
- Late registration: 550€

The registration fee includes:
- Welcome reception
- Conference attendance
- Coffee breaks
- Conference dinner

Dinner for accompanying person: 65€


Registration cancellation policy
Cancellations must be received via e-mail by May 24, 2012 for a full refund less a 30€ processing charge.
Cancellations received May 25, 2012 through June 8 ,2012 ,receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made after June 9, 2012, or persons who do not appear at the workshop are not eligible for any refund (unless exceptional circumstances).
The refund will be processed one month after the symposium.
